This is efficacy rate is incredibly low; for example, the hepatitis B vaccine is about 95 percent effective. .

Actually, I think 65% against flu strains is actually decent for the winter flu. I mean you don't compare FLU vaccines too hepatitis vaccines. . two different beasts. Long story, but lots of FLus, they do a sample, try to predict the most popular, then vac. So your probably 99% vs FLU variation 1 but 0% against flu 2. So depending on the popularity of flu 2, you get 65% overall
