Wow, that's pretty damaging.

Thank God I have no idea how things like inflation, the relation of debt to GDP and the breakdown of what actually makes up the deficit work, otherwise I may think the op's statement is slightly misleading!

According to CPI...the inflation over the last 4 years is trivial.

Or...maybe there really IS crazy inflation....if that's the case.. say hello to the depression.

Obama is spending like it's 2009....

http://www.whitehouse.gov/sites/default ... st01z3.xls

-----outlays------deficit
2008 2,703.8 -415.7
2009 3,173.4 -1,274.4
2010 3,081.0 -1,153.0
2011 3,126.3 -1,127.6
2012 3,212.5 -1,123.1 (estimate)

That's in constant 2005 dollars. The graph you posted uses 2009 as a baseline for the spending increases under Obama which is absurd.

Sorry but your "actual spending facts" were smashed to bits by even the liberal Washington Post's fact check blog. It was widely discussed during the election campaign when the graph first appeared. Are you so dull of wit as to be unaware...or were you aware and couldn't resist spreading a falsehood anyway? Which is it?

Simple math. If your claim was true, then the debt would have to be over 20 trillion, but it is not.

Obama started spending money March 11 of 2009.

2010-2013 is irrelevant cherry-picking.
