No you are not paying for all of them quite yet. Wait until the exchanges open and everyone is mandated to have insurance and then you will be paying. You are only paying for medicaid right now. Come Jan 2014 you will be subsidizing private policies.
Fantastic. Private isn't always better, especially in healthcare as evidenced by how ridiculously money we spend on it compared to our peers. At least you can wave your tiny little American flag for the private sector for another year.
