LOL....white supremacist? That's just ignorant. I speak the truth, without regard to whether feelings are hurt or not. Trust me, you're not the first liberal to come along and reveal that being a liberal means being an emotional cry baby everytime someone says something objectionable to you. And you certainly won't be the last.

Your use of the word "racist" does not deter me.

People don't want to hear the truth and the government doesn't want to admit their programs are failures.
"More money" and bury the data showing that more money doesn't fix it.

Excellent post!

With statements like that, your increasing the odds the rupert party will continue to get clobbered in each and every national elections.

Keep up the good work.

Well, children need updated materials, but perhaps the results would improve if parents didn't expect the school system to be their child's sole source of education, nevermind those who couldn't care less if their child receives an education at all.

The way he worded his post, he's saying that because they have black or brown skin is the reason why they are dumb. The biggest danger to the GOP are people like him. No wonder Colin Powell came out and said some segments of the GOP have a vein of intolerance

wow, lots of biased drivel on here....

Maybe when kids go home they should see mom and dad and get their schoolwork done.

Instead they go home to Snookie and the rest of the Jersey Shore and they don't get their work done. If kids don't get their work done then it slowsdown the whole class.

a teacher with only 180 days at 6hours a day can't get it done without the parents help

For the record, I was a teacher in a red, right to work state (Arizona) and my wife still is. The district pays nowhere near enough to live on........unless you marry rich or can live with bullets whizzing around your head.

I left teaching because it wasn't worth it because of the way the righties treat you. Being a physician assistant is way easier and pays better.

Wrote a dissertation on it - what do you want to know?

That's not what I said or implied. In fact, I said NOTHING about anyone being dumb.

(Can we get some deeper-thinking liberals on this forum? Please??)

1.bad culture
2. single parent families
3. no parental involvement/emphasis on education
4. teacher's union
5. marked increase in the number of adminstrators relative to teachers
6. leftist indoctrinization of teachers
7. passing everyone to avoid offending anyone
8. little emphasis on the "three Rs" and more emphasis on gay/minority studies
9. lack of family discipline

Fail kids who cannot or will not learn and throw them out of school. Enrollment in infrastructure reconstruction corps for those who prefer manual labor to education (this contingency is required for any child in a family recieving federal assistance). I guarantee you that many will become interested in education when faced with the option of labor.

Have you seen any young people working hard recently?
