Figured lighten the mood around here just for a bit. A 7 year old boy lost his Lego toy, Wrote to the company and not only got the toy replaced but their response was so creative and ideal for the child.

AWWWWW--this is absolutely adorable. I've raised 5 boys--all past the Lego stage now--and they would have been thrilled by this (in their day it was the Star Wars, Harry Potter and Pirates of the Caribbean figures). The Lego company needs to give Richard from customer service a raise--I wish I still had a little boy to buy Legos for after that response.
You are welcome. Not only was it a great and unique story, it caught my attention having worked in retail for years and still having a customer service oriented job now. The best was the fact they sent his toy a "bad guy to fight" as well. Talk about going the extra mile for a kid lamenting his lost toy. Awesome.
