Here in the People's Republic of California we recalled one.
NY doesn't have recalls and Cuomo's popularity is through the roof.

Yes, Article IV, Section 24 of the New York State Constitution allows for the impeachment of Governors and Lieutenant Governors. No elected official can be recalled in New York, but they can be impeached.

Furthermore, for an elected official to be impeached they must have committed treason, bribery, or other "high crimes and misdemeanors." A governor signing a law, no matter how egregious, does not rise to the level of an impeachable act.

The President can fire anyone, Professor Glenn Beck said so.

I am so happy I clicked on this thread, it is too funny. So Cons are all about States Rights until something happens they don't like, then they whine to Congress and the President to do something about it.

The state's govern what is not covered by the Constitution. The 2nd Amendment trumps state law. NY's law is un-constitutional.

Is that you, Clarance Thomas? I believe yours is of the minority view as states do have the right to regulate firearms.
