All I can say is:

Let it go to court.

Birthers will lose.

Just like they've always lost.

Heck, I'm -hoping- the supreme court weighs in on this and slaps down the idiot birthers to end this non-controversy once and for all.

The current court has been incorporated by the artificiality of corporations. It is a situation where the statutes have gobbled their creator (the constitution) on behalf of and to the benefit of artificial persons.

You think Barack Obama isn't an artificial construct, in opposition to the meaning, intent and purposes of the Constitution? And if that diamond ring don't shine, Bama goin' buy me a trippin' time.

Rule of Law vs Rule of Men, the statutes have mutinied the Ship of Law.

The dregs are running the ship into the ground.

A REVIEW OF LANGUAGE DYSFUNCTION IN SCHIZOPHRENIA

Abnormalities in language are central to psychosis, particularly the schizophrenic syndrome. This chapter first discusses one clinical manifestation of abnormal language in schizophrenia: ‘thought disorder’.We then give a framework for understanding normal language structure and processing. Within this framework, we review studies of language processing in schizophrenia. Finally, we review some recent neuroimaging and electrophysiologic studies that have attempted to examine the neural correlates of language abnormalities in schizophrenia.

have you ever considered hiring an attorney for an hour to see if they concur with your conclusion?

There is no "natural law" jurisdiction under the Constitution.

Yeah, Positive Law exists as a reduction, redaction, of Natural Law.

Lawyers, for the most part are statutory officers of the court, which makes them more officers of the Government than of Law.

You liberals and Obama lemmings are laughable in your willful ignorance and slander.
You present NO information other than to attack the messenger with insults, slanders and slurs.

Your arguments lack of substance are the best argument that this matter needs to be investigated.
