If you think anything the NRA does is terrorism you're either the most insulated person on the planet or completely deluded, in either case you clearly are in no position to discuss this issue and aren't really trying to understand anything.

I think you just like to play with words. If someone says they own a gun to protect themselves and tbeir family you say that means they want to kill people.

Instead the truth is that they are prepared to kill an attacker or intruder IF NECESSARY. I would do the same with a baseball bat, if that was the only weapon I had.

That's reassuring. You guys won't rest until the U.S. is #1 in the world for gun deaths.

When they run out of cash, the NRA will treat them like bad breath.

Uhh, ellemint, it wasn't the slaughter of the 20 innocent children that sent gun owners to the stores. The first response of gun owners was the same as the rest of the country--disbelief, shock and concern for the families and the precious children.

Think hard and look back. It wasn't that long ago. Even the Huffington Post disagrees with you. The catalyst that sent gun owners to the stores is the debate over gun control following the shootings. Remember Diane Feinstein's comment, "Mr. and Mrs. America--turn in your guns." People are stocking up before regulations go into place in the event the regulations are not favorable to gun owners. Even Democrats in Congress are not looking to pass harsh restrictions. The majority of the country are okay with tighter restrictions. But disingenuous comments are not going to solve the issue.

You would know importation of assembled AKs was banned in 1989. The parts could be shipped and assembled here until December 2005 with at least six U.S. parts under 922r laws. Still can build them in States where the '94 AWB sunsetted. Parts had to come in before December '05. There are no more AKs being shipped or built that are fully assembled when new. All made by Century Arms are parts guns or converted. WSARs are 10 round AKs that were converted once inside the U.S. and their 6 U.S. parts added.

In short...get 'em while you can...they're almost gone forever.
