Boehner lamenting no budget passed and all, what idiots he think Americans are .. Fact is there hasn't been a Federal Budget passed since 1997 .. please spare us the phony indignation John.

When was the last time we had a budget bill that was approved?

April of 2009. But technically it was just an “omnibus spending bill,” and President Barack Obama was none too thrilled to be signing it, citing the excessive number of earmark projects. The following year, Democrats chose not to put forth a budget bill because they deemed it politically imprudent during the hotly contested midterm elections. Same thing happened the next year. You get the point.
Does Congress Even Need to Pass a Budget?

My favorite word in that little grouping of words would have to be bipartisan. When will the Senate be working with the House in a bipartisan manner?
They seem to try but the House is to busy fighting with each other so it goes nowhere.

“As Senator Cornyn said today, Republican threats to play politics with the debt limit are nothing more than a negotiating ploy, so we expect them to allow us to raise the debt limit so the government can pay the bills it has already accrued," he said.
