I vote yes. Israel is unilaterally annexing territory it has no right to annex, because it has become overpopulated by emigrants from Russia and the U.S.
To me it is absurd that native Arab populations are forced to evacuate their own territory so emigrants can move in when Israel has no right to that territory at all.
I accept that Israel exists, but it needs to exist within its own boundaries and stop illegally annexing Palestine.
I feel for the Israelis represented by Haaretz who are horrified by their country's actions but drowned out by the current majority.
Yes; its a warmonger. Until recently it seemed like no-one ever wanted to call Israel out on this, I rarely support Israel and its not because of religion, hell I don't even have a religion, but the regime brings America into too many situations that we could easily avoid.
Israel is not the cause of all misery in the Middle East, but they--and their pliant American stooges--are the cause of America's misery in the Middle East.

Part of the dilemma is that Israel as an "idea" of being the the long sought-after "Jewish homeland", by its very nature attracts a lot of fanatical types from all over the world (even including Christian Fundamentalists for their own reasons), who all feel "entitled" to whatever fits their fantasy. Which of course isn't helped by also having gradually become a nation that is permanently militarized and perpetually in a state of war (aka, ''us vs them''), aided and abetted by US advanced weaponry and aid. Although apparently there is also some Israeli opposition to the occupation, along with a growing movement of young Israelis resisting forced conscription.
In many ways, it's not unlike the way the once staid and conservative GOP has now become a ''home'' for so many extremists seeking some idealized political ''utopia''... if only all those nasty lib-ruls, palestinians, atheists, illegals, gays, minorities, whatever... would get the heck out of the way!
Yes and it seems since November/December last year, the media has been instructed to quash any reports of atrocities being committed by them. Foreign news networks that covered Israel are no longer available over satellite TV and they don't post any stories relating to Israel on their internet sites anymore.
Don't worry y'all. Once Iran delivers on their promise US Progressives, Europe and Russia will be able to start high fivin' and poppin' champaigne corks.

Partially agree. Even though I support Israel, they need to stand on their own. Our intrusions in rest of the ME cause a bit of strain too.
Israel needs to take personal responsibility and fight their own battles instead of taking handouts from America - they are a rich nation, they arent poor like Algeria.

Iran is another good example of how much Israel's behavior destabilizes the rest of the region. Why wouldn't Iran and the rest of the Middle East wanna arm themselves, when they have this belligerent, saber-rattling neighbor always living next door to them, armed to the teeth with hi-tech weaponry and even nukes?!
