This is a bull**** poll, I have never even met anyone who believes this, so it's more like 4.8% and not 48%, they just messed up a decimal point.

The only reason creationists exist is because of the irreducible complexity argument. They look at stuff, have no clue how it came to be despite oodles of scientific explanations and reject valid science for a sound-bite godunnit.

Education in the sciences is key but as we see, the RWNJs are doing their best to dumb down the education in the US. It is frigging amazing you lot ever managed to land on the moon. Thank imaginary gawd for secular scientists that pursue truth despite the ignorance of the masses.

ALL of these creationists use medicines developed with evolution as a key ingredient. Of course they dismiss this as theybebugs arguments.

The more science unveils the more they try to blur the facts like the modern concept of theistic evolution. All that that does is prove that gods are inventions of men. Prior to the discovery of DNA, there was no concept of theistic evolution. Darwin was not privvy to the concept of DNA when he made his assertions/discoveries.

DNA/RNA tracking/mapping has proved beyond a shadow of doubt, the origins of man go back much further than 6k years. Ironically, the religious babble they hold to is not even original. ALL of it was borrowed and embellished from older cultures.

Like I said, education is key but lurnin' iz hard.

Unbelievable. Yeah, the Earth is only 5,000 year's old. Right. Who in their right mind could possibly belief this?

It is called the US South, or former Confederacy. The most unintelligent and backward region of the entire USA. We need to ditch them if we ever hope to improve our chances of surviving. There is no hope for that crazy part of the world.

There is a solution to this problem. It requires accepting that the US is a failure, and proceeding with the disintegration of the USA. Let's get on with it. Get rid of the South and let regions create new govt's to replace the failed USA. There is no hope trying to pull the South forward. Let them go their own way. I hate the fact that I share citizenship with such crazies.

It really truly is. I don't see a very bright future for the US. How did the US end up like this?

Only in America. And don't try to talk to them about science and data, either. They will swear scientists are lying.
