Yes because that will be enough to take on the US Military.
Who even knows if what that poster wrote has any basis in reality. conservatives are known for just making stuff up to win a debate.
This is what's so tiring debating conservatives, they throw out these wild false ideas that then have to be debunked. So you waste your time looking up reality that completely contradicts their wild false claim and yet they still believe their wild theory anyway. It's a waste of time
My initial thought is there is no way the US government will let any Americans own fighter jets that could be easily made operational, especially as wide spread as he makes it appear.
Whats interesting is a lot of liberals are arming them selves now .
I see a lot of new gun owners and many women I knew were liberals .
I think there are a lot of people getting fed up with the federal government .
More people are awakening to the fact Cops won't be there to help you when things go down, they will only be there to mop it up and take a report .and that's a fact.
You whom are against guns , by all means keep them from you and put a sign on your door "GUN FREE ZONE" please you will be doing us all a favor.
Thank you, for your support .
I agree with every word of the Constitution. I don't agree with every Supreme Court decision.
I think you should phrase this comment as "your interpretation of the Constitution." There is a lot of vagueness in many sections and is the reason most conservative justices don't go by "literal meaning (as there is none in some cases)" but instead "original intent" when drafted into law.
Plus, the Founders did allow for substantial powers not specifically listed in the Constitution to be granted.
Marbury vs. Madison anyone? Or the arguements of Alexander Hamilton?

I agree but it'll be obsolete in a hurry if we start allowing any group(s) other than the SCOTUS to take it upon themselves to judge whether a law is Constitutional or not.
I hardly think the Sheriff would be in any trouble .

On that note, they're won't be any large scale gun confiscations. And on another note, any new federal legislation that does come down towards gun regulation better be followed by the Sherrif or he'll get a nice contempt of court sentence.
Sheriffs have more athourity in their state than the feds.

That is correct. They take a Oath to serve, protect and defend the Constitution. They have the authoritative power to even arrest the president of the United States within their jurisdiction.

Umm, not in anything Federally mandated by law. Supremacy Clause? Case in point, look at the discussion over the issues with states that have legalized pot. They all want to know "what the Feds are going to do first."
Look, no one is going to take any guns away. They are a double-edged sword here to stay. But all these crazed arguements do not help the gun case at all. Which is sad for all the truly responsible gun owners in this country.

Ok. Is there some online virtual world that you guys hang out in? Seriously, Hollywood B-rate movie writers couldn't even come up with this stuff...
