The writing is on the wall. Barack Obama and Democrats will own this because the past election cycle has produced thousands of soundbites, policy statements, campaign pledges, and other proclamations asserting that they as a party have no desire to reign in federal spending as long as they hold the Presidency.

This is Obama's economy. His legacy will not be healthcare. It will not be gay coddling. It will not be womens equal pay bull tripe. It will be that of the President who ushered in trillion dollar deficits and a domestic policy that DID NOT address the looming fiscal crisis. It's his.

The great depression of the 1930's will look like a hiccup, compared to what is coming down the pike.

60 billion dollars of BORROWED tax burden debt is put on the future generations each month by this administration. That 60 billion dollars is buying up toxic assets in the form of foreclosures that keep coming. This 60 billion borrowed money buying up toxic assets will continue indefinitely.

In my neighborhood in Florida 90 % of the homes went into foreclosure and still many are sitting empty waiting for the banks to move them either to foreclosure or short sale. People are buying them at bargain prices with huge loses as they are toxic assets. Too many foreclosures so the value has dropped like a rock. These homes the government and the banks are selling for 25 to 35 percent of their mortgage value . A home selling originally for 300 thousand is now selling for 100 thousand or under. The loss on each home selling will monetarily add up to trillions of dollars accross the country and the taxpayer is on the hook for generations to come. The future of America is higher taxes , higher costs for food and energy and the middleclass is earning less. Obama and the media are painting a rosy picture while the facts are not.

The government is not worried about borrowing and debt. They'll just pass a bill saying they will worry about it in 6-12 months.
It's called kick the can down the road.

Gay rights, woman's equality, climate change, immigration reform, protecting the social programs and if he has time, the deficit.

This past election was based on social issues, not fiscal issues.

It's more serious than that.
My concern is they will attempt to hold on to power by declaring martial law.

The media LOVES reporting negative stories...as long as a Republican is President.

Remember the nearly daily death toll figures from the war that were report when Bush was President? Notice that those negative stories have vanished since Obama took office? Anyone who can't see how obviously the mainstream media selectively covers stories to block for Obama is horribly naive. If Benghazi or Fast and Furious had happened under Bush, the stories would have been reported aggressively and frequently. Instead, our media instead thought that Chick-Fil-A was the story that deserved our attention.

I don't think so. Biden just said he's contemplating running in 2016.
