Jesus Christ. Reading the updates on the news today, this isn't even a school shooting. It appears as if two men got into a gunfight and wounded each other. A third person was hurt in the crossfire. I gurantee this is going to be over a women.
NO ONE was going into the school loaded for bear and shooting up the school. You liberal anti gun people are sickening. At least get the facts straight before you start screaming the sky is falling.
On and NO evil "assault weapons" were used. Of course, that won't stop any of you from lying and making more BS up.
Can you imagine how many incidents like this would occur if students had the right to carry guns in and around universities?
They don't give permits to people with criminal records, and they take away permits from carriers who do get a criminal record. It makes sense, then, that permit carriers are less likely to be criminals than the general population?
It should be noted that this is a self-fulfilling statistic, because of the conditions placed on permit-holders. It doesn't mean that a permit holder is less likely than the population as a whole to commit crimes. The premise of that position is that law-abiders are less likely to commit crimes than criminals who've already committed crimes. Well, duh! But are permit holders less likely to commit crimes than non-permit holders. Statistically, no. But the statistics are incredibly difficult here as matters of comparison, because the discrepancy in population size doesn't lend itself to accurate comparisons.
