Isn't that what I posted----up to the 9th month? Plus "health of the mother" can mean anything, we have seen that before.
You conveniently left out the reasoning behind the legislation. Why am I not surprised? You always go for shock and awe instead of presenting actual FACTS.
And maybe, just maybe, the highly trained doctor who is attending the woman and her pregnancy is a better judge of the situation than some legislator making an across the board edict.
Gov. Cuomo realizes that you cannot legislate every, single, medical situation.....that medical judgements need to be left up to the woman and her doctor. A doctor shouldn't have his hands tied when he is trying to protect a woman's health and well being. A woman shouldn't be forced to sacrifice her health for a fetus against her will.
If you believe this stance is wrong, you are anti-woman, there is no way around that.
No child is forced upon the mother against her will - unless she is raped.
If the mother didn't want the child then she should have either not made the choice to remove her pants, or have taken other precautions.
a woman can have sex just like a man as often as she wants. abortion is a choice. if she wants one she can have one. none of your business if a woman is a saint or a ****.
