While yoiu continue to whine, Sen. Kerry was appearing before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee testifying relative to his nomination to succeed Secretary Clinton ... and it was revealed that Sen. Ron Johnson of WI, who verbally attacked Secretary Clinton yesterday demanding full disclosure of what had happened at the Libyan consulate ... that though he could have, he did not attend a classified briefing for members of the Committee during which hours of video of the attack were shown and intel experts explained, to the best of their knowledge, what was happening and answered questions from Senators.

Sorry, that dog won't bark. At the first hearing Lamb stated that funding was NOT a cause for the lack of security but, you knew that or if you didn't you shouldn't post post on things you have no knowledge of.
They cut funding to extravagant expenditures on entertainment, furnishings and fixtures, recreational crap, and other things that have nothing to do with providing security and fullfilling their duties.
The cut backs are not to slight security, it's to prevent crap like this:
