Hmm...Seems like he was spot on in the OP's post.

That's the topic of the thread.

Do you disagree with what he said in the OP's video?

So in your opinion Senators voting on a 600 page bill mere hours after if was made available is acceptable?

They probably didn't even watch it, they saw the name Rand Paul and their mind was made up.

I would certainly like to here any arguments as to exactly why they disagree with what he said. Anybody?

I was referring to the link to Rand's tirade to Hillary.

No wonder nothing can get done. Too many people/politicians just want to argue then work on things and get things done. Bogged down in arguments just to say they won something. How dumb is this.

Sorry my mistake but it doesn't belong in this thread as it's simply meant to divert it from the original topic.

Arguing or debating points is an important part of the legislative process however the point Rand Paul is making is they can't do that because they aren't given a chance to digest what they are voting on. You can't form an argument for or against something if you don't know what it is you're debating.

Apparently they do.
Why should they bother to read what they're voting on?

No one listens to the video---how can Paul expect anyone read what is in the bills up on the hill. Scary really.
