Obviously, you can pay Google for that. How do you think they make their money off of search? There is nothing overly controversial about this, and every big company buys ad words to manage their Google search placement.

As far as Whole Foods goes... something there are good, others are largely processed. But I would place it well above a Safeway. The best thing is real, natural, local organic food.

Yeh, Whole Foods attracts with PR, not with wholesome food. I get that. I stay away from those places. Food is about trust with me, and most corporate places have lost my trust.

I shop at Whole Foods because they carry local produce. Just came home with a bag of Ruby Red grapefruit, yum.
