We're going to "take" Kenya?

From whom?

Oh, lord...........

You do know, don't you, that blogs are NOT a reliable source of unbiased information?

Just because blogs "think" the way you do doesn't mean they aren't bat crap crazy. Oh, wait........

Part of me wishes you birther idiots would just go away because you give me a FREAKIN' HEADACHE, but part of me also thinks that as long as you keep blabbering with your incoherent crazy talk about birth certificates and Social Security numbers, all you do is separate the rational and sane people from the whackjobs (like you) and it will only help us in the long run.

exactly what was this respectable blog?

besides the birth place and birth certificate claims they also promote that obama could have become an indonesian citizen. this can be debunked by reading actual indonesian citizenship requirements

Indonesian nationality law - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

and minor renouncing US citizenship

Renunciation of U.S. Citizenship

What if his mother coerced him into renouncing his U.S. citizenship? It's possible..........and a young kid would do exactly what his mother would tell him to do. She put indefinite on her passport so that meant she planned to stay indefinitely in Indonesia. Also it indeed shows on his Indonesian school form that he is Indeed a citizen of Indonesia. That is indisputable. They could have put U.S. citizen down.............but they didn't.

You do not need two parents to be US citizens. You only need ONE parent to be a US citizen and it was this way even back in the 1960's when the President was born. This is a fact, I'm sorry it upsets you enough to lie (claiming that some how that both parents have to be citizens), but it is still reality.

For a birth within the boundaries of the United States (such as Hawaii), you don't need to have any parents as U.S. citizens to be a citizen yourself - You gain it from where you were born, not whom your parents are...

from the state department:

"Minors seeking to renounce their U.S. citizenship must demonstrate to a consular officer that they are acting voluntarily and that they fully understand the implications/consequences attendant to the renunciation of U.S. citizenship."

Renunciation of U.S. Citizenship

there is no evidence of any 6year old ( or anyone even close to that age ) renouncing US citizenship.

and that's just to renounce US citizenship. here are the requirements he didn't meet to obtain indonesian citizenship:

- being the age of 18 years or older, or being married

- when applying, having resided in Indonesian for a minimum of 5 consecutive years or 10 non consecutive years

- can speak the Indonesian language

- if having Indonesian citizenship will not give the person dual citizenship ( that goes back to a minor renouncing US citizenship ).

- employed or have fixed income

yep. but we can see that runs contradictory to US and indonesian law.

you'll also notice that it gives place of birth as honolulu.

It's not easy for a minor to renounce their U.S. citizenship (from the U.S. State Department):

Quote:
F. RENUNCIATION FOR MINOR CHILDREN/INCOMPETENTS

And you understand that form was filled out by Obama's stepfather, without him (or his mother) present?...

not just a citizen but a "natural born citizen". from the decision in ankeny v daniels:

"Based upon the language of Article II, Section 1, Clause 4 and the guidance provided by Wong Kim Ark, we conclude that persons born within the borders of the United States are "natural born Citizens" for Article II, Section 1 purposes, regardless of the citizenship of their parents."

the only exceptions to this are the children of foreign diplomats or members of invading armies.
