People like her are the morons that actually make the laws that restrict the rights of the law abiding. It really makes you wonder...while we can't prevent utterly stupid people from voting, we at least should be able to have an IQ test for candidates.

May sound funny, but a Bollingbrook, IL police officer (Drew Peterson) expected everybody to believe that his ex-wife had drowned in a dry bathtub. After Stacy disappeared, the ex was exhumed and found to have been murdered, but the original conclusion said "ACCIDENTAL".

Well there are some people who've gotten a welt from being shot (at a short distance) by an air gun not loaded with BBs. That counts as being shot by an unloaded gun/rifle, No?
How stupid is that question? Well a Sacramento, Ca council woman says you can be shot by an unloaded gun and that makes them dangerous to be carried around. Here is a scientific study to see if the gun would injure anyone by shooting them. Yep, stupid but that woman may be at least as stupid as this attempt to prove her wrong.
