First, ban ALL sex with children.

People with STD's MUST register with the government, and their physician MUST make the government aware of these people. The same would apply to AIDS patients.

People with STD's MUST let their children's school know that they are infected.

Rape should be illegal.

Incest should be illegal.

One should have to provide proof that they are sexually clean before having sex with another.....STD's are a growing problem and cost the medical system BILLIONS per year in treatment.

One should be licensed in order to be allowed to bear children. Sterilized at birth, reversed upon approval. This would stop the cycle of poverty in our urban centers.

There is nothing small government about points 2, 3, 6, or 7. Point 1 needs to be elaborated upon further, 4 and 5 are already illegal.

Yet, they still frequently occur. How? There are laws!

Which are you talking about? 4 and 5? If so, then there's nothing more you can do about it. It's already illegal, laws are being enforced, you can't really do anything else. Was that what you were referring to, or something else?

What happens in a dark back alley somewhere isn't our business.

But I was under the impression from obama that "common sense" laws ended unlawful actions.

Laws and regulations are frequently two different concepts.

Aren't rape and incest illegal already? As for the other points, I assume that privacy and freedom issues would interfere with those points.

Especially #1 as well. Does alphamale propose a law that makes an 18 year old having sex with their 17 year old partner illegal, especially if one turns 18 months before the other? Will he want all kids 17 and under having sex with each other illegal as well (since a 17 year old having sex with another 17 year old would be technically illegal under his proposal), etc. The others have serious privacy issues involved that scream authoritarian.

Every law, is a restriction of someone's liberty.
Just remember that.
