This is a country who has little regulation on safety and building codes. So, no night clubs should not be banned. They should be regulated. Which is the same thing many gun control advocates want: regulation, not bans.
There is something creepy about people who start new threads like this, citing some tragedy, and then quipping about how the activity (night clubs, etc) should be banned.
Creepy and intellectually dishonest since the analogy is completely false.
Theirs, if they have one, and I am sure they do, and I am sure it was not followed. I think the OP is being a little naive confusing accidents and murder.
Does every topic on here have to be about guns? Boring. Anyway, what a tragedy.
Indeed, this forum has become rather one-dimensional since that whole gun controversy has started. As if there were no other political problems and topics that deserved way more attention...
And abusing an accident in order to defend guns, how sick is that?! Why not declare tsunamis and bacteria illegal? All or nothing is such a fallacy...
