New York Governor Andrew Cuomo publicly declared the death of the US Constitution yesterday, December 20, 2012. Cuomo, in few short sentences, has begun laying the essential groundwork for the possible mass deportation of undesirable civilians to government "work" camps, re-education camps, and even death camps. New York Republican Releases SECRET List of Democrat Gun Control Plans

A Republican Assemblyman of the state of New York released a secret list of Democrat proposals designed to severely undermine the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
In the wake of the Newtown, Conn. massacre, the state of New York passed the most restrictive and controversial gun bans and gun control laws in the nation. Unfortunately, most Republicans in the legislature went along with the Democrats in approving the measures that undermine the Second Amendment, which itself states that it "shall not be infringed."

Now you can see why I call this place the Liberal Cesspool. And now Andy-boy, Son of Mario, has said that "confiscation" of firearms is on-the-table for consideration.

Memo to The Guv!
Better check out the Fourth Amendment fenderhead! Especially the part about "unreasonable searches and seizures", which in this case turns around and violates the Second Amendment and thereby transgresses upon the Fifth Amendment too, as depriving citizens "...of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law;". A confiscation order does not meet the "due process" standard Andy-boy. You should know that. You're a lawyer and I'm not! Three Amendment strikes and yerrrrrr out o' here....

If you can't see from his first 5 years performance that you've elected a Control Freakazoid for President who is smart enough to sucker all you Kool-Aid addicts in to believing he's out to make a better life for you, then my making my case to you would be a total waste of time, but maybe enlightening you to a few hard realities might get you to , admittedly a novel experience for you.

You don't know it yet, but some of Congress has just found out that the money that was supposed to help pay for ObozoCare is not there anymore. LOL! And yes, he is also stealing Medicare money away. If that continues to be the law of the land I want to see who whines the loudest when they realize what they enabled by supporting Great Leader.

Oh btw, I know you have a lot of illegal Mexicanos in eastern NC just like we do up here in NY, The Liberal Cesspool. 11 MILLION of those rascals have already shown our schools how fast they can procreate. Up thisaway school taxes to accomodate the growth in that birth rate are going off the chart in many districts, and the illegal Mexicano workers who mainly do seasonal outside work get laid off and go the unemployment route through the winter. That sure helps the tax burden, but you keep supporting Obozo. What the Hell. He's said that "we don't have a spending problem". I guess that means we have a taxation problem instead, 'cause it one or the other or both. Not ENOUGH OF IT, taxation that is must be what he asumes huh!

What you clowns don't realize is that, but for the illegal Fed and it's constant issuing of fiat paper money to 'artificially' hold down interest rates and inflation we'd have Jimmy Carter style interest rates and runaway inflation. That comes at a high price and so we pay the fiddler with a constantly and rapidly reducing purchasing power value of the old DOLLAR. Even The Fed can't use any more "quantitative easing", in other words their econmic rectal depository administered to us...the public, or the dollar will be useless and at par with some third world currencies.

You clowns have no common sense or you'd realize that. Aren't you almost giddy that he's on his way to a change in this system of governance to a one-party rule. In history that's call "totalitarian" rule and in such the commoners all suffer TOGETHER (BOTH left AND right equally) and only the elite ruling class makes out. That is, until the people have had enough and then they get a Mussolini-like fate to end it all.
