For the record - here is what I said ("Your" refers to urbanlife78).
So are you saying that I am delusional because Rebel thinks he is a citizen of the CSA? Maybe you should actually read Rebel's posts instead of just nodding your head to them.

Also, it is you're, not your because you're means you are.

No - it is "your" because I was referring to delusions belonging to you. "You're" is a contraction meaning "you are" as you accurately stated - but that is not what I what I was saying.

You really ought to read posts carefully before you try and correct another on their grammar.

Well Rebel thinks he is a citizen of the CSA. I will leave it at that, do what you want with that knowledge, I really don't care.

Martial Law is never necessary, and no authority is granted by the US Constitution to anyone to declare Martial Law and suspend my constitutionally protected rights. That is my "line in the sand." Anyone who declares Martial Law is in effect declaring war against me, and I will respond with deadly force.

then you will be the one at the short end of the stick and as a SEVERE disadvantage. You will either end up dead or in jail.

Martial Law is needed in times of emergency. Without it, we would have anarchy. A good thing is that we have only seen its use very few times.

Well if you were in any of those towns after Sandy, the authorities would of attempted to arrest you and if you raised a gun to them they would of shot you. So don't worry about that line in the sand, it would be the least of your worries.

I fully expect that it will cost me my life. I have no delusions about that. Nevertheless, I will do what my honor and conscience requires, regardless of the consequences to me.

Well that is good to know, hopefully there is never a natural disaster where you live that forces the need for Martial Law cause we all know what's gonna happen to you if that happens.

We have had lots of natural disasters, and at no time has there ever been Martial Law declared. Martial Law is declaring war against me and the rest of the civilian population. You can choose to do nothing, I choose to act, and I will not be alone.

It does not mean declaring war on you, it is something to be used in an emergency situation and you would be the guy they would gun down because you would probably be mistaken as a looter.
