Nothing like resorting to insults. Anyway, yes I've been reading longer than you've been alive I imagine. You have not answered a simple question. How is this MARTIAL LAW? What are the police supposed to do to stop violent street crime?

How about going back to protect & serve instead of hiding behind liability clauses and alienating communities with their fascist bull****.

When the police can make up the rules as they see fit, that is a police state. Here is an idea, how about law enforcement actually abiding by the Supreme Law of the Land for a change?

If they try pulling that crap in my neck of the woods, and I can assure you they will not survive the experience.

It is called Police Power and it is legal in this country to use it in a state of emergency. If they "pull that crap" in your neck of the woods, and you act on it, you would be breaking the law and will probably be put down like a dog. But I am sure you are cool with that and gonna go all Rambo and stuff like you typical internet Rambo.
