No such thing as null-and-void federal laws, as we have seen with the legalization of marijuana in several states.

Would love the see the feds try something once a majority of the states have laws against it...I dont see them attacking Washington Or Colorado over Marijuana.

I think we need to use the wait and see approach, since government rarely does anything immediately.

Good. Maybe all the crazy people will move to Tennessee -- which apparently doesn't think they should have to undergo background checks -- and leave the rest of us alone.

Maybe they won't, plenty of gun owners have established roots in many different places...

...And I don't think they will give up either...
