As already noted, the question is whether or not they can without due process. This is really sad that he could not answer specifically "no".

It was bad enough when they argued that they could kill American citizens overseas without and sort of due process but to argue that applies here?

Simply incredible and people wonder why many want to remain armed.

You folks sqealed to no end about gitmo detainees who were captured on the battlefield fighting US troops but now have no problem with a drone mowing down a US citizen on US soil with no due process? What the hell is wrong with you?
