That's discrimination.
People that need that many rounds are a danger to more than just the felon.

Boy, guns are so useful.
Your coworker should learn how to properly secure her firearms, that is of course if you aren't just making **** up again.

You clearly are totally ignorant on the topic so you should go take some lessons and do some research before you comment again. There are no lessons someone can take to "take someone down with 1 bullet", that's fantasy land (where liberals and anti gun nuts usually comment from).

Police officers have a hit rate of 25-35%, so even if they get a lucky 1 shot stop they're going to need to fire 4 shots, NYPD fires and average of 3.6 shots / incident. http://www.nytimes.com/2008/05/08/ny...anted=all&_r=0
That's a pretty typical rate for police departments across the country. It's too bad they don't have someone like you around to tell them to get lessons on how to shoot.

Of course there are lessons where to shoot someone to stop them in their tracks. Isn't that what lessons are for...to aim at the heart or brain. After all, that is the bulls eye. I've been to gun ranges in my area and that's exactly what they taught.

Nope, LEGITIMATE lessons, if you can find them ALWAYS teach shooting at center mass. HEll, that's what they even teach in the military.

The torso is always the target.

Head shoots are hollywood...

Most people, especially those that don't train with their gun more than say two to three times a week for their entire lives, should just stick to shotguns with buckshot.

Seriously. Point and shoot and done...

More like point and shoot with your eyes closed. The gun range here teaches you to go for the head or the heart. They teach you to hit in one bullet too.

Guns would have given someone a better chance to protect themselves. Hope your battery is charged in your cell phone.

Since you have never needed one then they are never useful? Have you ever had to call 911 as a stranger beat on your back door wanting in? I have. Luckily the door held until the police got there and tackled the guy in the yard. Had I been farther out in the country, things might have ended differently.
