How many times has the Fed come out and said that immigration and border control is the Fed's baby and state's cannot touch it ?
The Fed owns immigration and if they want to welcome these "undocumented Americans" then they will have to foot the bill as well.

If the feds want to tie the hands of TX when it comes to illegal aliens then they should just smile as they write the checks to cover the cost of them being here.

Where do we send the millions of blue voters that you've cultivated here for decades? TX is filled with leeches that are encouraged and protected by liberal Democrat policies, we'd like to relocate them to blue states where they're obviously welcome. Can we send them up to you in NJ? No wait, of course not. NJ fools only support illegal immigrants when they're "over there".
