But Aero, your statements were correct..you just typed the wrong program name

Yes, we should be wishing for a decrease in medicaid rolls and not clapping that the program is expanding which tells us that the poverty line is moving up the ladder here by 133%.

It's not a secret that Kasich is a huge fan of the government.

Actually, Kasich was the only member of the old Gingrich cabal that i think truly believes in small government. The rest of them were phonies IMO. Well, him and Mike Pence...he's a believer too.

That said, running a state and being a congressman are two different realities. He can jump up and down all he wants, but at the end of the day, he wanted the ACA. And like i said in my other post, the other GOP governors do too.

Here in Texas we have a hospital group pushing it saying Perry is wrong.
They say it will be a big benefit to jobs and the economy. Figures..that is coming from a hospital group.
And they make it sound like it will be 100% fully funded by the Fed for over a decade which is not true.
fully funded for 2 years only and then transitioned off to the state to fund.

Do you really believe that he hadn't figured that out and wasn't in favor of it right from the beginning? I don't. But of course, he had to play along in order to make it look good.

Ohio Medicaid Expansion Backed By GOP Gov. John Kasich
Eventually every state in the union will love so called Obamacare. I know when I am a 60 something year old man. Obamacare will be as popular as Medicare, and Social Security.

And conservatives will all claim to love Obamacare.

The Feds pay 100% for the first three years, after that they pay 90%.

What happens in year 3 ?
Never ask the question, unless your wallet is prepared to lie with the answer.

Well whatever he was doing to try to get people health insurance hasn't worked. Unless has a better plan, this must be his only option.

Lets see what makes more logical sense?
Should I let the broke a$$ stupid federal gvt pay 100% for a couple of years and then 90% after or
Should I let those who still can not afford insurance show up at emergency rooms for treatment and if they need surgery or care stiff the hospitals and thus driving up cost for those with insurance.
What would you do?

He celebrates the expansion, because it increases his liberal/socialist ways. He is quite happy, persons who generate NOTHING or VERY LITTLE to the system are going to benefit. To him/her there is nothing wrong with it. Happy once gain to get something, so as long as someone else pays for it. The liberal/socialist way.
