Because the simple fact is that if he was a white man named "Barry Obermann" (or something similar) we would never have had to deal with this monumental nonsense over the past 4+ years. Birtherism is based on the fact that he is black and has a weird Muslim sounding name. Absolutely nothing more, despite all the posturing and pontificating.

Yup. Round them all up, put them all together in some secure place where they can be analyzed and their brains picked apart to see if someone can figure out what makes them tick........and throw away the key.
They w3ant a "do over" because their candidates didn't win in 2008 and in 2012. They can't get their tiny little minds around the fact that the GOP failed to put someone in the White Hiouse twice in a decade.

Hey- if Obama is legit, he should have no fear of examination of his credentials. Would you be offended, if you were the president, of someone wanting to examine your birth certificate, passport, and college transcripts?
Of course not! Only someone with something to hide would be anxious about any evaluation of his credentials.
