You can argue that political policy kils innocents like drone attacks, which I agree but that is mostly accidental not deliberate.

Just because he takes responsibility for his actions it doesn't make his actions right.As a example, if someone harmed your child or wife and you went after THEM who did it, many might sympathize with you but when you go after their family also just because, well that is just crossing the line.
The 9/11 terrosists had a beef with America due to political and military policies, you may see their side to a extent of it IF they had targeted certain political and military targets but when they killed women and children and innocents ON PURPOSE they lost any slight credibility. There are plenty of blacks in Mexico. Even in Juarez, middle of the desert, I met many Americans no longer wanted in the USA. Getting to Mexico would buy him some time, I'd personally eye the African continent. But he can earn some money down there and re-group.
