If you cant comprehend that, then I can't help you.
When you buy 1 gun in a FFL dealer shop and or buy 10 you do 1 BC right then and there, for all the guns you buy... Not a bc for each one. Geeze that would drive NICS folks nuts.....

NICS would know you bought x number of hand guns, pistols and long guns and that all they get to know....

A hand gun is a revolver, a pistol is anything else...... semi auto single shot, double barrel top break, and anything other than a revolver!

A long gun is either a rifle or a shot gun..... period...

1 BC for what ever the hell you buy as a gun, for so many guns as you buy at that instant in time!

Is that ok with you, because that IS the LAW.

I sure hope you never have any kids.... You make Forest Gump look smart!

geeze man how do you think I feel..... These grabbers are just stupid.

All they need do is spend 15 seconds looking up the blasted law, but no instead we must lead the inept and helpless by the hand and still they don't get it.

Do they make pablum with a self contained soft spoon? How is it these people live so long?

I would think they would die of bad diaper rash, since I would bet money they ain't bright enough to wipe their own ass!

And some of them are so fat i an sure they can't even do a reach around

Or does Big Brother do that too!

What the hell am i askin' you for? You can't know either.... LOL

It will be interesting to see how the Rochester, NY case turns out where the girl bought a gun for the killer. The lenient court system we have for these offenders is another issue.

Well let me see.... Oh I know we lock them up for a good long time the first time they break a law.
Then we put teeth in a law that anyone and I mean anyone who is on a parole board gets to go to jail as if they did the crime if they parole a bad guy back to the street that repeats his life of crime.

In effect that will stop all parole for violent offenders huh?

In other words if you do a crime and have a gun, even if you didn't use it, you get oh I don't know lets say 99 years no parole no time off for good behavior... Just 99 years.....

Also it shouldn't matter what age you are..... if your 6 years old and just have a gun and do a crime you get 99 years......

If you are seen in the act of killing someone with a gun like that fool who shot Gabrial Giffirds, and there can be no mistake, then a trial inside a weeks time, and if the guy is guilty and he is a nice public flogging of 100 lashed and then getting hung by the neck until dead should be in order even if the flogging killed him first.

I am all for brutality for killers that use a gun.

Punish them hard in public as a example...

It will show the punk what a punk he really is and show his punky buddies the same and more so what's in store for them...

And further more doing that 99 years you get to work for you bed and board. No work, no bed and no food period, no sick days or vacation either.... Any earning in excess go to the victims family, and a yearly pay out shall also compensate a victims family

The straw purchaser should be charged with secondary murder automatically.

NRA has been conducting trials with state and cities where tougher laws are enacted to combat crimes committed with firearm. It immediately changed criminals behavior towards firearms.

Then the problem comes again from the federal government. Originally they agreed to take on the criminals for mandatory federal prison time but they chickened out soon after.

Yep, a background check on all gun transactions.
