The KKK targeted almost exclusively African Americans who were; educated, dignified, hard working , had businesses, wealth and were making something of themselves, not so much the case with gangbangers.

Tell me how should we adress poverty and such problems that exist in the black community?? Do you offer them a hand? Assistance when times are tight? Mentoring programs? Schools called acadamys? After school programs? Set examples by cleaning up a bad intersection? Open museums in their honor? Celebrate their history? etc.etc.? How should we help?

But does it warrant getting killed? There are no laws saying you can't whistle at a woman. Yes, it's rude, but it doesn't warrant someone murdering someone else.
They targeted criminal blacks as well.Whistling at white women or raping white women among the crimes.
First of all, whistling at any woman isn't a crime. Rude perhaps, but not criminal. Second of all, there are police for behaviors like rape. You can lock a person up for rape. The KKK is just a homegrown terrorist group.
Anyway, desperate times call for desperate measures in this case. I ain't mad at him.
