Not really. Ever hear of HIPAA? This is the law that was past to keep your (and this probably fictionalized woman's) medical information private. Anyone who violates HIPAA is subject to loss of their job at minimum, and could face charges.
Which is exactly why so few abortion deaths make it into the news. Most relatives of women like this aren't exactly going to put how she died while having having her baby killed entered into the obituary.
Just like many suicide deaths never make it into the news. Yes abortionists are doing very late term abortions, they'll do any thing for money and human life means nothing at all to them, only money does.
And yes women will go in for late term abortions, just like they'll throw a live newborn into a garbage can or try to flush a baby down a toilet. In Denver just the other day a young mother shot all three of her children --- including a 2 year old and 1 year old. You can wonder why such evil exists, but after Andrea Yates, no one should underestimate the killing capacity of mothers.

All this "she made it 33 weeks, why not 4-5 more!" is just empty speculation. There are women who go the full pregnancy only to kill their newborns in trash bags.
Well duh, I'm just wondering why she would wait this late when it's very dangerous to do so and she would just have to endure it one more month if she's done it this long, but maybe she didnt know that it's dangerous
The Maryland Medical Examiner's office says it is investigating the death of the woman but that the inquiry has nothing to do with the Germantown clinic. The investigation is relatively routine, a spokesman said, noting that the Medical Examiner conducts 10,000 such investigations a year.

You do realize the standard issue statement at a start of the investigation, right? They're careful to not emphasize any culprits in hopes to preserve as much evidence as possible.

Andrea Yates wasn't evil, she was sick. There are plenty of evil mothers like Darly Routier who killed her sons in cold blood to use as an example, so don't lump the mentally ill into that group.
If you knew all the child would have was a very short, painful life, would you say that?
The couple had gone through grief over the first child and didn't know if they could face trying again if they had to twice. One healthy child who will grow up is the result. It was not an easy decision for them to make.
This is not a question what I would do, but what is morally right. If you ask a morally black person, you will get a morally black answer.
I will say this, I don't think the issue is newborns who die shortly thereafter birth. I think the parents are more concerned with babies with life long dysfunction like autism or down syndrome. A child that will permanently eat up their resources and make it harder for them to support healthy children.
I can understand where they're coming from, but that doesn't excuse aborting a baby that many weeks old.
If her life was in danger, she would not need to travel out of state.

Yup. The point people don't want to admit is this is all about her wanting her baby dead. It wasn't about saving her life. You're correct. If her life were in danger, they would not have forced her to travel out of state to have an aboriton. They would have delivered the baby at a hospital if she'd presented in danger of losing her life. But then the baby might have lived and she couldn't have that, hence traveling out of state to an abortion clinic. There can be no doubt that the abortion was about making sure the baby died.
I don't know for sure, but I linked some stats earlier on reasons women give for late term abortions and about 1/3 don't find out their baby is imperfect until the 3rd trimester and decide to terminate. Maybe this was one of those cases. Maybe she found out the baby was deformed or had down syndroms and didn't want it anymore.
