Do you get them regular medical and dental exams? What time to they get to bed and how do you discipline them? How often do they bathe and I hope you are using organic products on them and feeding them organic foods. What type of books do they read and how is the quality of their education? Are their clothes made form natural fibers? If all of these things are not up to the best standards, I think the government and the public should get involved in how you raise your kids.

Wow. Is that supposed to be a valid comparison?

Let me ask you: What's wrong with birth control prevention so that abortions aren't necessary?

The pro-choice abortion people are not placing blame where it belongs, on the stupid people who don't use birth control, and instead they promote using abortion as birth control.

I received excellent medical attention from my obstetrician, one of the District’s best. Only at our 20-week sonogram were there warning signs, and only with a high-powered MRI did we discover the devastating truth of our son’s condition. He was missing the corpus callosum, the central connecting structure of the brain, and essentially one side of his brain.

If he survived the pregnancy and birth, the doctors told us, he would have been born into a life of continuous seizures and near-constant pain. He might never have left the hospital. To help control the seizures, he would have needed surgery to remove more of what little brain matter he had. That was the reality for me and for my family."
The kind of woman who needs a late-term abortion - Washington Post
That is sad and it happens many times.

For the people that say they wouldn't do it don't really know what they would do if in those shoes.

I wonder if the baby was already dead inside the womb and she just wanted to hurry up and get the baby out instead of having a still birth, or if she found out that the baby had some type of illness or if she had an illness or something.

Obviously a close and caring family. How sad for them.

If it was dead inside the womb she'd face painful symptoms that would lead her into the ER, they would then detect the baby was dead and proceed to arrange for her to remove it. She would not need to travel 300 miles. You guys are surprisingly ignorant of how this whole process works.

Why is that?

Sorry. Your compassion card doesn't work. You must defend this practice because it's your ideology that allowed it to take place to begin with.
There is no requirement that anyone respond to every post. I agree with what DC said about your "assertions". Just because YOU assert something, that doesn't make it true. The only people expressing NO compassion about this woman's death are from the right, including the OP.

But goodness at 33 weeks, she waited pretty darn late, I wonder why? Might as well had the baby. 33 weeks, that baby is pretty much developed and can last outside the uterus. Very sad, very very very sad!
Maybe you should read more than the OP before commenting.

You, too, should read through the thread. The woman who died had a wanted pregnancy where the fetus had severe birth defects. Don't call her "stupid".

And yet, it's the pro-lifers who are gleefully celebrating the woman's painful death.

No question about it.

You are welcome to continue repeating the same garbage over and over, it won't make this opinion of yours correct. YOU.ARE.WRONG.

I only read what was attached to the first post, excuse me for not wanting to read over 28 pages of this. However, as you saw, I did not judge, I asked questions, so please before you start wanting to go to war with everyone that shows an ounce of curiousity or post their opinions, ****, or just attach a link to the post so that we may see for ourselves.
