OP posts a perfectly nice post and link, obviously in a sincere effort to promote progress towards the dream of MLK. Why the need for the cute slap down insult in response? Just curious....

Strictly speaking OP did not tell anyone whom to be proud of. He just suggested who they "could" be proud of. But I can see where your (mis) interpretation is useful for someone seeking to exacerbate racial division.
Actually he suggested that "they" could be proud of him. In other words he's a credit to his race

Doesn't really **** you off to see someone not following pure PC and talking about our government in the presence of the two top elected officials of the government? Where in his speech did he mention either man's name or even their position?
I don't know about black people but I sure am proud of a man who will stand up and talk about PC that way right in the face of those two people. I am sure that few progressives think that is the right thing to do.
I predict he is not going away any time soon. After he saw the reception he recieved from that speach i think he is going to be very confident. This will be interesting i predict he will be running in 2016. Im wondering how the left will bash and discredit him. I am guessing about religion
LOL...I don't find him scarey at all. What he did was inapprorpiate. An intelligent (but rude) man whom I disagree with politically is how I see him. Nothing to be frightened or lose sleep over. Why do right-wingers get tingles every time a Black man, especially a Republican, disagrees with Obama? So what? He could've said the same thing back in October and Obama still would've won the election.

Of course they will bash him and assassinate his character. That is all the left knows how to do. Debate ideas is a foreign concept to them and a losing proposition. Just look at this board and you see they always resort to attacking the source, the person who started the topic or assassinating the character of the person the topic is about. Look at all the frothing at the mouth about Rubio who dared disagree with dear leader as yet another perfect example. Now in the eyes of the left drinking water is a sign of someone who has no intelligence.

yea he would have still won the election. Republicans agree with what he says as do i. I thought it was one of the most inspirational speaches in a while. Extremely well thought out very calm tone and he got his point across very clear in a common sense way. If he would have given that speach without Obama there I still would have been taken back by it. I didn't think it was one bit rude. Maybe a little bit of chutzpa but whats the problem with that?
