how about if the landlord suddenly puts up the rent in order to make more profit - should the tenants still have to move out at short notice?

I think not.

.
Yes, assuming the increase does not violate the lease.

That statement is kind of dumb... What does Clinton have to do with this? If you can prove direct causation I might reassess my opinion of "dumb"...

That would vary by local laws, if any apply, but both landlord and tenant sign it. It is not forced on either. If you don't like one landlord's terms, try another.

Most are 1 year some less . why do you care as you need to ask about leases and the renters you are trying to defend. homeowners renting have mortgages to pay and non paying renters can bankrupt them pretty fast.only the gov can aford free stuff as it is on borrowed or forced taxes. The average American cannot opporate like the gov or they would go broke in less than a year. getting it yet

LOL! Hardly that. Generally, there are more units available than tenants available. That makes it a buyers market, whereas with minimum wage jobs where applicants are not qualified in most cases for tons of jobs, it is a sellers' market.

Has Arkansas changed much since he was the governor of that state?

So, should the landlord just give out his rentals?

I don't get it.
