It’s not a question yet being asked or debated in the Big Media. But it is a question being addressed by some members of Congress, by an increasing number of pundits by activists on the left and the right – and for more than one or two alleged constitutional offenses.

Some of those who have broached the subject include Reps. Trent Franks, R-Ariz.; Walter Jones, R-N.C.; Trey Radel, R-Fla.; Steve Stockman; former Rep. Ron Paul , R-Texas; former Rep. Dennis Kucinich , D-Ohio; Fox News’ Mike Huckabee; former assistant U.S. attorney Andrew McCarthy; left-leaning investigative reporter Dave Lindorff; talk-radio host Mark Levin; former House Speaker and presidential candidate Newt Gingrich; author and columnist Pat Buchanan and others.

Article II, Section 4, of the U.S. Constitution states, “The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.”

He was reelected, so if he were to be impeached, it would have to be for crimes he has committed since he was sworn in this past January.

Give him time... he will certainly attempt to get away with more.

I think these are fine representatives of "the limpdong crowd" that makes it way around the commercial radio circuit drumming up business for thier commercial ventures.

If they truly have a case, then present it and get on with it...but most likely, per usual, they will talk it to freaking death.

More like a waste of taxpayer dollars. But, we should be used to that since the house hasn't done squat for at least 4 years.

Maybe it would help if the far right flew their American flags upside down? If that doesn't work, then pull the American flag off the pole and throw it in the trash.

Fly flags upside down

Yea just like wasting the tax payers dollar investigating Eric Holder when he handed out 2000 guns to the Mexican cartel... then libs screaming for gun control. Walking was in the bag all along.. if they couldn't pull it off Obama would step in and protect him. Why did the courts even bother.

Just like the hearings on Benghazi. Ask powder puff questions, get the left wing media to swoon over Obama and Clinton then the dems and libs swoon and slobber too. Just another waste of tax payer dollars when we all know the outcome.

Isn't it funny how Liberals scream and yammer about gun control don't have an issue with giving the Mexican drug cartels over 2000 weapons.

Anyway... to answer your question you must not have heard what Obama has done and obviously don't want to know.

Obama: When you think you can pull it off and get away with it bypass everyone!
Is the Fast and Furious all you have against the president? What else has he done?
