Well it does say that the trend began in prison but the details are not certain. Either way it is just very odd IMO, especially when guys that sag also lift their shirts tight around their waste. You know, just to make sure it's in plain sight LOL.

Its glorified because you have people that accept it, just look at some of the posts. Many are part of the problem and don't realize it.
