I'm certainly not saying that there is nothing woman and gay men can teach boys in the scouts. They can certainly teach to the test without a problem, but what can they really offer towards the true purpose of the scouts? If what you describe is really the half-assed state of the scouts.... perhaps its already gone as an institution and we can let the activists have it. Perhaps only the local chapters can carry on the goal which the organization has already abandoned. Sad.
The local chapter has to fill the leader positions. There aren't enough men willing to do the job.
Where are they going to find leaders? There are far more mothers involved in our area than fathers.
If I can't even get the dads to attend, how are we going to get them to lead?

Que? This makes absolutely no sense? LGBTQ people live all around you. Just because you don't notice or see them, or because they know you are a hater and haven't come out to doesn't mean they are not in your life in some way.

Let's think back a hundred years to when women were fighting for the right to vote. They weren't trying to establish a separate-but-women's-only election, they wanted to vote in the same elections as everyone else.
This is the same thing. Or by chance do you think everyone "caved in" by allowing women to vote?
1.) The Boy Scouts teach young boys good life skills that playing video games and texting all day doesn't.
2.) Boy Scouts keeps kids out of trouble, gives them something to do.

Of course they do. Many Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts have probably said NO to the various pedophiles that that volunteer for the troops as well. Many are married and have kids. Who's in trouble now?
That would destroy the entire reason homosexuals pound the drums of "discrimination" and "hate" against normal people. They want their perversion to be seen as normal in the eyes of everyone and will stop at nothing to make that happen including destroying normal traditional groups in the process.
Looked in the mirror lately? The gay people here are posting in self defense in response to some particularly slanderous and untrue claims.
