I feel for the gun enthusiasts in CA. It's unbelievable that some the dolt politicians got voted in office.
Certainly no common sense in this proposal.

Calif. seeks to adopt nation's toughest gun laws

""It strikes me as if these folks are playing some sort of game of one-upsmanship with New York at the expense of law-abiding citizens, and that's just unconscionable," he said about lawmakers."

With any luck, a monster earthquake will strike CA very soon.

It leads the nation in retarded politicians, stupidity, and overall head-up-assery.

If its unconstitutional, then take it to court. If its constitutional, then don't live in that state.

This is where states rights breaks down, when its something you want, and the state says no. If its within their legal right to do so (supreme court decides, not me or you), then that's life. You can't have it both ways.

If you don't appreciate the state's proposals, you're free to leave the state or not go there. I am proud of my native state of California and that its trying to get better at gun laws. I wish that each state has more jurisdiction. Every state has separate needs/issues.

I'm sure the gang bangers love the new proposals put out by the state. Make life easier for em and keep the law abiding folks who like to be able to protect themselves out. Only in the insane land of Cali is this seen as a good thing. lol

It's a shame this. CA has hosted some huge competitive shooting matches, big money stuff. Kiss that goodbye. AZ NV UT can take over there. I won't set foot in CA fer love nor money anymore.

Seems to me that is pretty much what has been said. I don't like California laws so I don't go there.... You like them, by all means elect legislators that will continue to restrict your freedom and stay there...
