Notice how the Sgt. Romesha is leaning away from Obama as he tries to put his hand on his arm? He is not impressed.

I'll bet this guy won't be registering an Army name on CD and crowing about his military service for the rest of his life. He actually accomplished something. Those guys don't spend the rest of their lives talking a big game.

Obama looks like a nerd regardless of what he does.
I wouldn't expect any lib to enunciate properly when it comes to anything even remotely masculine.
Especially anything to do with the military.

If the right is resorting to this petty criticism then they have a steep hill to climb in the next election.

I think there was plenty of criticism one could direct at GWB without resorting to pettiness.

How about giving Obama some credit for insisting that the families of the soldiers who didn't make it home be there and be honored?

In some ways Obama is the Dem version of W. Bush. The difference is that Pres. Obama is supposed to be a savant, but he's not, while W never presented himself as a savant. I've caught Obama in a bunch of errors that were not even noted by the right wing blogosphere. For example, in this talk he says "the challenges that lay ahead," which should have been "lie ahead." Obama gives a shout-out before addressing tragedy - YouTube

It's an error that would have horrified my 5th grade English teacher.

At the Al Smith event last year, Obama misused the phrase "begs the question," which has a very specific meaning in logic and is often misused, but usually not by U of Chgo. people.

And there is a litany of other verbal misteps by Obama, from '57 states' to 'corpsman' to 'Cominsky Park.'

Bottom line, this is a guy who has much more in common with W than the left would care to admit. He has drive, leadership skills, and people skills, but his brain does not always fire on all 8 cylinders.

Simple mis-reading from a simpleton.

Is that what you call being unable to pronounce simple words like NUCLEAR - "talking Texan?" I know quite a few Texans here, and they have no trouble forming words like that. Nice try, though.
