Obama's alleged "polarization" is a direct reflection of the number of racists in this country. The bottom line is, some people hate Obama because they can't stand the thought of a "n****r" (their word) in the White House. He's smarter than them, and he's a threat to their "way of life" ... i.e., white 50s America. End of story.

Liberals like him because he balanced the federal budget, and created federal surpluses.
Certain conservatives like him because their stocks were doing very well when he was in office.
Of course he was. And Jimmy Carter before that. And LBJ/JFK before that and Truman and FDR before that.
The fact that Clinton got impeached ought to tell you how polarizing he was.
However, it's all a matter of perspective. For libs, GW Bush was "polarizing" and Ronald Reagan and GHW Bush were polarizing.......and then there was that fella Nixon.

Pretty much. It really boils down to a number of Americans being disgustingly obsessed with race. Obama represents the ethnic shift that is slowly occuring in the U.S. and those people cannot stand it.
The right despised Clinton so much that they began an investigation(Whitewater) to see if he did anything illegal in a real estate deal where he LOST money.That was where we saw the beginning of craziness from the fascists.They were out to sabotage his presidency from day 1 and we`re watching it again. Birth certificate,communist,muslim,etc. Different method but the same goal,one party rule.
Clinton is a better liar than Obama. He uttered lies that conservatives wanted to believe like " the era of big government is over" and to this day many still think he left bush a surplus lol
Clinton was as centrist as can be just like Obama is as centrist as can be. The right wing hated him with an irrational passion too though they seem to be even more bonkers for Obama. I suspect the man's race really does play a role for many RWNJs though an even larger part is now there is the internet so the wing nuts can make their own alternative reality using spurious blogs and the wing nuts need never exit their own echo chamber for a fact check in reality.
