Why don't you ask your ideological contemporaries in Congress why domestic violence is political?

What do liberals think about this (other than laughter)? And do any liberals on this board believe that maybe violence against males in relationships might be a bit of a problem too, or are males not easy enough to corral into one of your group think experiments and promote a victim mentality that you can then draw votes from?

You said it never happened to males, and it almost happens to as many males as females. Where's the outrage liberals? Here's the answer to that question: there is no outrage because there are no votes or money to be siphoned from it.

When exactly did I say violence, especially domestic violence never happens to men? Quotes, please.

The heavy association on the left with identity politics.

Read the quote: "More than 1 in 3 women (35.6%) and more than 1 in 4 men (28.5%) in the United States have experienced rape, physical violence, and/or stalking by an intimate partner in their lifetime."
Only 1.4% of men report being raped so that leaves 27% for physical violence or stalking.

Of course. I wasn't emphasizing one of the points or saying rape was the largest problem, I was saying that, in general, domestic violence nearly equally affects both genders. I think we should be adults about this and ensure resources for all victims of domestic violence regardless of gender.

Do you consider stalking to be physical violence?

You liberals are extremely upset about this aren't you? It flips everything you know off its axis. No stalking isn't physical violence. What is your point? The study says only 2.1% have experienced stalking by an intimate partner. Therefore, roughly (28.6-2.1%=) 26% of men have experienced physical domestic violence from their partner

Is this really that hard to grasp?

And what kind of physical domestic violence is that?

1) Why is this a partisan issue?

2) I don't care for the jokes about rape.

3) This liberal is aware that all genders, sexual identities, and sexual orientations are victims of rape and assault. I can't speak for others.
