You people really need to pay better attention to details. You forgot the part about how this black woman with six kids buying lobster with food stamps obviously had a several thousand dollar weave, and beautifully manicured nails, and designer clothing! Creating memorable characters--a visual image for your readers--is a key element in writing fiction. That's what the OP's post is--complete and total fiction--so lets do it up with STYLE!
Who says that the people on foodstamps aren't working?
If someone sees this as unfair and is coveting that steak dinner and lobster, maybe they can apply and see if they are eligible to receive foodstamps, otherwise keep your eyes in your basket and stop speculating and stereotyping someone you know nothing about.
Most people on food stamps are White and most live in the South.
Guess you haven't spent much time in places like NewMexico have you? Or the inner cities of any major city, like NYC< CHic or Los Angeles...Some of them are white, but they are not living in the south. And where are you getting the information the majority of people receiving food stamps are white, black or Hispanics? Plus what does race have to do with who buys what with food stamps? The fact is, people on food stamps need to learn how to shop and how to feed their family the foods most of us eat. Why would you bring race into this?
I used to work at a pizza place in the hood during high school where I grew up...(Rochester NY).. and there was a nail shop next door..... and BY FAR the busiest days were those on the 1st and 2nd of the month. BIG fail by the 2 liberal nutcases who say these are "cliches"
Get a life you 2.... there is alot of truth to it
uh, huh....I knew a guy who knew a guy who used to work in a grocery store and he told me that the guys cousin said that another guy told her.....

OK, let's see, after the grocery store, she went to Walmart and bought a 60 inch flatscreen TV with her WIC money. I followed her to her house, and she lived right next door to ...of all people...Marco (I'm thirsty) Rubio. THEN, she used her medicaid card to buy a gold grill for her and her baby-daddy.
