Yes, my dad - the former Air Force officer, who went on to open his own very successful HR consulting business, with customers in all fifty states - the same guy who has been married to the same beautiful woman for over fifty years, who owns four homes, 140 acres, and has more self-earned money in the bank than many people earn in a lifetime, the guy who has a spotless record and a top secret security clearance, whose credit rating is above 800 and who pays cash for everything he buys - the guy who still goes to the gym 4 times a week and keeps his weight at a very trim and attractive 175 pounds - the guy with a great sense of humor, who loves to travel and has visited 44 countries - the guy who has been a very loving father to all three of his kids, including the son he adopted from Korea simply because he wanted to "give something positive back" to a world he loves so much - yeah - THAT guy was born in Arkansas.
He has nothing to apologize for and has never been ashamed of his heritage. I am very proud of him and blessed to have him as a father.
Wanna cookie? I never said he had to be ashamed of his heritage. Just chill miss lady..

No thanks on the cookie - if I want one, I'll get my own. I'm sort of particular about who I accept food from, ya know?
I am chill, by the way. In fact, I'm about to head out the door to Louisiana - and may hit up the southwest corner of Arkansas - for a weekend with the family. Good times, good times!
Pretty soon you can say, "She ain' heah no mo, she dun lef' out!" and you would be correct!

Well some have mentioned that it could have been an explosive device that would have come from another country, possibly the good old US, and that makes it good ground for this forum.
However, I know it did not strike the ground and did blow up more than once and that over 1000 people have been injured in the explosion.
Very much aware, I was simply offering a bit of friendly advice. Take it or leave it.
I'll leave it, but thanks ever so! Have a great weekend!
