How do you know that Barajas knew this, and if it had been a brake malfunction accident, would you still be defending him shooting Barajas?

Barajas had no clue about the condition of Bandas when he shot him, based on the information to which we are reacting.

You are responding based on total hindsight, which is always 20/20.

First and probably last time that I will agree with you, but yes he did a stupid thing but I can understand him doing that in the moment. Was it wrong, yes.

Where are the advocates for the Constitution now? Where is the Rule of Law? What happened to due process? This was a barbaric act and very disturbing thread. Perhaps these posters would be more at home in Afghanistan or Somalia.

Show me evidence that Barajas knew that Banda was drunk.

Until you can do that, there is absolutely no way that you can justify Barajas murdering Banda.

Most of the people defending Barajas appear to be liberals.

Many liberals on this forum and in public have shown themselves to be enemies of the constitution.

I don't think that The Constitution was on the mind of the horrified and shocked father. It was obviously a crime of passion.

Very good points.

The constitution isn't much on your mind either, apparently.

None of us want to actually dispose of bodies.

We just want to be sure that if you write about it, you do it right.
