Why would Indiana support voter fraud? If students are residents of another state, they vote in that state. Simple... You don't get to vote twice just because you live one place and go to school elsewhere. Though that concept seems to be beyond the comprehension of many Democrats...
Of course Republicans don't want young people to vote. Republicans send a massive amount of time attempting to disenfranchise EVERY group which they think won't vote for them.

The Supreme Court ruled some years ago (1971?) that college students can vote at college if that is where they live most of the year.
Otherwise they are subject to taxation and regulation without representation.

No one is allowed to vote twice. The Supreme Court case deals with students who have made their college state their resident state. Basically, here in Indiana, we are trying to make sure college students don't vote twice. They don't deserve privileges of voting twice. If they are residents of Indiana, then they vote here, once, and don't vote in their home state.
We have a lot of college students here who don't register their vehicles here and use their parents address as a permanent address and try to vote here and in their home state via absentee. They use their college address as temporary.
No one is taking away the right of young people to vote. That is just liberal propaganda bull sh*&.

It's fairly easy to find out if college students voted twice if anyone checks. But what you're suggesting sounds a bit much. Presumably, a student who lives at college most of the year would have a problem if they were born in the summer, because if they registered their car/DL in Indiana but were out of state in the summer, how would they renew it if they're out of state in the summer?
I think there are snowbirds who are claiming two homestead exemptions when they are entitled to only one. Why isn't anyone trying to stop that type of fraud?
