Not only are the words in this letter about what natural born really is they sound so much like the words of some right here on C-D. Some of you could listen to this read of a letter sent to a newspaper and even hear yourselves, nearly word for word. This writer sounds pretty stupid to me and if you take the trouble to listen you might hear the reader say, more than once, he doesn't have any proof about the letter's existence other than Snopes.
Wrong. Doesn't matter who your parents are, unless they are Ambassadors, Prisoners of War/Invading our country as an enemy combatant.
U.S. v Wong Kim Ark.
We can declare a War on Illegal Immigration, similar to the War on Drugs and War on Terror, then every illegal immigrant will be an enemy combatant and the anchor baby issue will be solved.

Sorry, no. You can't equivocate your way into a Constitutional amendement.
I think that you people who can't let any discussion of anything that might appear to be about I Won to go without throwing in that birther noise.
there are hundreds of threads on this forum that slam obama for a variety of reasons that have absolutely zero mention of birtherism.
Quote:
How in hell can you get excited about the c-section being the only thing about the birther question when the writer of that letter made it pretty obvious that he thought only people born in the normal manner could be natural born, according to the Constitution?
huh? you're contradicting yourself here. first your criticizing me for only mentioning the c-section from your link........ then your acknowledging that the c-section part ( or not "born in the normal manner " ) was the only relevant statement that pertained to your thread title.
this is comical oldboy. you start a thread titled "What is a natural born citizen?" ( a major element in the birther debate), people from both sides of the political spectrum start discussing what is a natural born citizen and then you get bent that it pertains to birtherism. it's like starting a thread "Who Should Be Admitted Into Cooperstown?", linking to an article about hall-of-fame ticket prices...... then getting your panties in a bunch when the conversation becomes about baseball.
